Journey Day 13: Small steps, big changes
About 4 weeks ago I decided to focus my life on improving my overall quality of life. This was something that should have been a focus a long time ago – I guess it’s better late than never. On 9/21 I saw a personal trainer and she did glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure check. My results were less than impressive, see results posting here. On 10/21 I had a wellness check at work dependent on the results you can save some money on your health insurance premiums. I’m happy to report that I am already seeing improvements in my numbers in the month since my ever check up.
Two of the biggest areas that have improved:
1. Glucose level has lowered 4 points. It is still slightly elevated but by the end of the year I hope to have this number be exactly where it should be.
2. Blood pressure is now normal.
I recently had minor surgery to remove a pre-cancerous mole and the area around it so I was told that I was not supposed to workout at all until my stitches were out. So without working out what have I done to improve these numbers?
1. Reduce pop to one day a week.
2. Add It Works Global Greens to my daily routine.
I truly believe that adding Greens to my daily routine is healing my body from the inside out.
