Day 1 is now here. Oh goodness, what a scary thing but in the desire to be completely honest with myself and putting everything out there (AHHHHHHH) here I go. My goal is to push myself and bring myself to an all high Healthier and Improved Quality of Life. I set a goal for myself on my birthday to improve the quality of my life. This challenge will complete just a couple weeks shy of when I set that goal for myself!
I've sat and worked on a workout schedule for the week, along with a meal plan. I'm about to head out and do some grocery shopping and the cook some meals and snacks for me to take to work with me this week.
Once I have finished cooking today I will be doing my plank challenge for the day and then wrapping myself. I will be doing a weekly wrap. Tonight I will wrap my stomach and arms while I relax and drink water. I have to be completely honest, I'm scared that I won't finish the challenge but hopefully as I share my story with whomever may read this that will give me the discipline I need to keep going.
One thing I've done to try and stay disciplined is I've contacted Beth at bc foto, my favorite local Twin City photographer for a shoot in March. Beth and I will be brainstorming the best way to show my physical changes through the eye of the camera. My mind is swimming with ideas, I will have to focus and figure out the true image of what I want. The photoshoot will also hopefully help me stay focused and motivated over the next 90 days. bc foto also does a boudoir shoot every now and then so I am going to keep my eyes peeled for when that is available. Talk about scaring the physical fitness into me!
