Challenge Day 2: I'm off to a rough start
Shall I start today with stating what I did wrong????
- woke up late so I am forced to do my workout at night instead of in the morning.
- forgot the meals and snacks I precooked yesterday at home so I had to order a grilled chicken sandwich for lunch also making it so I don't have snacks at work.
Let's not focus on that I can't change it anyway. I did make smart choices with what I had available to me. I only drank my cup of coffee and water at work, even though there was oddly a special on the sodas making them only 50 cents. (I truly have a weakness for soda)
Tomorrow is a new day and it will be even better!
