I'm sitting here with a wrap on my tummy and arms and reflecting on my first week of the challenge.  I have to admit I'm a little disappointed in myself.  I forgot my lunch a couple days and I'm also realizing I need to eat more food in a day.  I get busy at work and don't think about eating.  I need to figure out a way to remind myself to eat.

I've also decided that I will do brief check in's each day as a way to keep me more accountable on my daily doings.  I'm also thinking of doing mini videos just daily vlogs sharing my day.  

I'm just about done with day 8 and I am looking forward to the next week.  It's not going to be easy but I'm going to do it.
